SYNOPSIS
A sudden epidemic causes the inhabitants of an unnamed city an unknown white blindness, which spreads rapidly across the country. Interned in quarantine or lost in the city, the characters experience love, hate, cruelty, indifference and fear with intensity.
The epidemic does not stop and the eyes of the only unaffected woman will be an exceptional witness to the hell caused by hunger, dirt, infamy and sexual abuse. Fantasy and reality interwoven in an impressive parable of the time we live in. Recovering lucidity and rescuing affection are two fundamental proposals of this work, which is also a reflection on the ethics of love and solidarity.
