SYNOPSIS


The boys and girls protagonists of this piece are looking for a trunk that their parents hid years ago. In it you will find a real treasure: the libretto of "General Assembly" written by Lauro Olmo and Pilar Enciso. Along with the theatrical text, everything necessary for its performance, although some pages are damaged by ants. Those little creatures, which are everywhere, although few notice them.
A disease of unknown causes spreads throughout the world and the animals of the jungle are looking for a culprit to calm the heavenly anger... Convinced that the sacrifice of one of them will restore the balance and restore health to all, they plan a trial in which each animal will confess their sins . But how to trust the justice given only by the powerful, thinks Gata? Is it really the case that the solution to any conflict involves establishing a border between good and bad? Weak and powerful?
The piece written by Lauro Olmo and Pilar Enciso warns children and adults about the dangers of abuse of power, questions the mechanisms of justice and emphasizes the need to educate for peace, democratic values ​​as a guarantee for a happy and respectful coexistence among equals In this updated version, we bring the spirit of this play to children, placing them at the center of the piece and filling every line, every scene, with games, music, games... to guarantee reflection and fun in equal measure.
